Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Promotion Terms apply to every sale, discount, coupon and promotional offer published on mastyhair.com, and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Site.

Validity

Every promotion is valid for the period stated on the Site, or while stocks last, whichever ends first. Masty - Hair Design may change, shorten or end a promotion at any time without prior notice.

Combining offers

Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with one another or with any other benefit, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices

A promotional price applies only to orders submitted while the promotion is running. It is not applied retroactively to earlier orders and does not entitle a refund of the difference on an order placed before the promotion began.

Quantities

Promotions apply to the stock allocated to them and may be limited to a maximum quantity per customer or per order.

Cancellation and returns

Cancelling a purchase made under a promotion is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, as set out in our Return Policy. Where a promotion included a free or discounted item, cancelling the qualifying purchase requires returning that item as well.

Errors

In the event of a typographical or technical error in a published price or promotion, Masty - Hair Design may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged in full.
