1. General

mastyhair.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Avishay Masty, registered dealer (Osek Murshe) no. 203342282, trading as Masty - Hair Design ("MASTY", "we", "us"). The Site sells professional hair tools and accessories: brushes, combs and hair accessories, to private customers.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern all use of the Site and every purchase made through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and age

To place an order on the Site you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit card. A person under the age of 18 may use the Site and place an order only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Placing an order is deemed confirmation that this condition is met.

3. Products, prices and availability

Product images are for illustration only. Slight differences in colour or finish may appear between the image on your screen and the actual product, depending on your device.

Prices shown on the Site are in Israeli Shekels and include VAT as required by law. Shipping costs are added at checkout and are shown before payment. MASTY may update prices, run promotions and discontinue products at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment the order is submitted. All products are offered subject to availability.

4. Orders and payment

An order is completed once the required details have been filled in and the payment has been approved by the credit card company. Submitting an order does not oblige MASTY to accept it. If a product is out of stock or the payment is declined, we will contact you and the order will be cancelled with no charge.

Payment is processed on a secure payment page in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. MASTY does not store credit card details on its servers.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within Israel only. We do not currently deliver outside Israel.

Orders are delivered within up to 5 business days from the day the order is approved.

During holiday periods and large sales events, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

In remote and restricted-access areas the courier delivers up to twice a week, so delivery there may take longer.

A business day is Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays and their eves are not counted as business days.

Delivery is carried out by a courier service to the address supplied by the customer. You will receive an SMS before the shipment leaves, and the courier will call you around 30 minutes before delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to supply full and accurate delivery details. MASTY is not responsible for a delay or a failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel a purchase in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations made under it.

Cancellation window. A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the day the product was received, or of the day the transaction document was received, whichever is later.

How to cancel. Send a cancellation notice to hello@mastyhair.com stating your name and order number, or call us on +972 53-390-1900.

Condition of the product. A refund is subject to the product being returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return address. Chlenov St 22, Apt 33, Floor 6, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Cancellation fee. Where the cancellation is not due to a defect or to a mismatch with what was ordered, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, and MASTY may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower.

Defective or incorrect products. If a product is defective, was damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will collect the product at our expense and, at your choice, replace it or refund it in full.

Refunds. An approved refund is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 14 business days from the day the returned product is received and approved.

Persons with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may cancel a transaction within four months of the date of the transaction, in accordance with the law.

7. Privacy and data security

Customer details are secure and will not be transferred to any third party other than as necessary for the operation of the Site and the fulfilment of the order, for example the payment processor and the shipping carrier.

Personal information supplied on the Site is used to process orders, to provide customer service and, subject to your consent, to send marketing communications. You may ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to hello@mastyhair.com.

The Site uses accepted security measures. Credit card details are entered on a secure payment page in a PCI-DSS compliant environment and are not stored on our servers.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, video, graphics, design, logos and trade marks, is the property of MASTY or is used with permission, and is protected by law. No use, copying, distribution or commercial exploitation of the content is permitted without prior written consent.

9. Liability

MASTY is not liable for indirect damage caused by use of the Site or of the products, beyond the value of the transaction. Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions supplied with them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
